With the snow falling, it’s only mandatory for me to go sit outside, and enjoy the silence. Silence for me however, means I’m listening to Lyric 2.0. Why the name? It’s simple really…it’s a song on the list, it the title is fitting, and this is the second version of it. It’s been at 1.0 for a few years now, until I added one of the Shadow of the Colossus and Dragon Age tracks. Some of you might recognize some tracks from my Music Monday Night Playlist post back in September.
Playlists come and go, but this is one of those special ones that stays with me. Timeless in my opinion. This has been on every iPod, Zune, or phone I’ve owned pending the capacity to hold music since it’s creation.
What I will do here is provide you with the standard youtube of Heavy Price Paid. I’ve made the playlist as a whole available here, and wherever I mention Lyric 2.0 in this post.
As usual, the format is as follows: Song Title – Artist/Composer: Album
Heavy Price Paid – Martin O’Donnell & Michael Salvatore: Halo 2 Soundtrack Vol. 1
